Problems Client Faced
Our client based in UAE wanted us to design and develop an online food portal. Ready with the back-end concept of the mobile app, they wanted us to do the front-end because of some serious issues they were facing. They desired to make an offline food ordering mobile application. The project demanded to deliver the simplest and user-friendly interface to which our latest tools & technologies helped it build effective. Also, the application should include all the major cities of UAE like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Ras Al Khaima and Fujairah.
Our Efforts
The major challenge involved in this was to convert their unbaked idea into proper execution keeping their back-end work in mind. Though the itinerary from scratch to final stop had many ups and downs, we stood still with client’s expectation of attaining the end-product. The UI and UX are refined and dynamic. The app is featured with complicated offline sync that synchronizes two devices by which a user has logged in.

Offline Ordering
Since the main objective of this app was to order food online and offline, we have to provide other features like- place pickup, save multiple address and order faster from different locations. The application can be accessed in offline mode; menu, add cart facility and ordering are too done offline. A prototype was made where a server would be notified through a single message and gets the order from the user directly. As per the updates in iOS, we updated it radically to cope with the latest features. We satisfactorily executed the tough integration it with the combined efforts of our team and the client.
